This article has some references to how much she has, but it still seems she still has some trauma of her dad dying. One part she says [sometimes I sit in his closet and can still smell him]. I thought that was creepy and weird and she seems like the type of person that even if she had millions she wouldn't know itNothingNew44 wrote: ↑Sat May 20, 2023 2:48 pmShe was married to a real estate millionaire who died young and didn’t leave her much, mostly their kids. There was an article written years back that said she inherited like half a million and the house from her parents. Which is nice but not wealth. Plus the article said she supported her adult age son who hadn’t worked in over a decade. When the city’s historical society was considering her dads house as a landmark the interview she gave about it seemed like her main concern was would it reduce the property tax.CornerBoy wrote: ↑Thu May 18, 2023 6:06 amneither did i until i saw a documentary and the daughter looked like she was homeless.Tonyd621 wrote: ↑Wed May 17, 2023 8:31 amI never heard of Angelo Bruno leaving his blood family with $0CornerBoy wrote: ↑Wed May 17, 2023 4:05 ami loved it but then the guys on here said it was bs. its interesting to learn about how angelo bruno and russell bufalino interact and intersect.davidf1989 wrote: ↑Wed May 17, 2023 3:24 am HI and were Russell Bufalino and Frank Sheeran close friends? as this article https://www.newspapers.com/article/the- ... 124783960/ mentions that Bufalino gave Sheeran permission for a hit. Also is the book on Frank Sheeran I heard that you paint houses worth reading?
One thing i don't get is how could angelo bruno have supposedly this huge portfolio and left his daughter a broke middle aged woman. same w gotti.
what the fuck do some of these bosses do w their money. matty the horse left his son 115M in commercial real estate. Gigante Carlo Gambino Castellano.
Maybe bufalino's influence has been exxaggerated? just asking. gambino shouldve whacked him and taken over the family up there and the garment business.

Thanks for your message and was D'Elia a protégé of Russell Bufalino and did he cooperate with law enforcement? As this article suggested that he did cooperate in one case https://www.mcall.com/2008/11/25/repute ... utors-say/MightyDR wrote: ↑Sat May 20, 2023 6:00 pmThe looks like it could be pretty damn good. Seconded. When Ralph Natale testified against Merlino in 2001, he talked about his dealings with D'Elia and spoke about how he had contacts with almost every family in the countryPmac2 wrote: ↑Sat May 20, 2023 9:22 pm They book if it's actually a autobiography by bill d'elia could be real good. According to this article Merlino had wanted to put a contract on d'elia due to his past allegiance to Stanfa but Natale talked him out of it. https://www.timesleader.com/archive/999 ... ource-sayschin_gigante wrote: ↑Sun May 21, 2023 6:22 amSeconded. For The Irishman mob movie - I was surprised they would do Buffalino of all the interesting stories - but that was bc I didn't know his story.CornerBoy wrote: ↑Sat May 20, 2023 4:50 amhow has netflix focused on these guys?NorthBuffalo wrote: ↑Tue May 16, 2023 6:45 am Great chain - I actually didn't understand why Netflix would focus on Buffalino but the more I read about him, the more he appears to be the glue that kept the largest labor union scams going.

Re: Russel Buffalino
Netflix definitely didn’t say let’s focus on Russ Bufalino and have Scorsese make the Frank Sheeran story. You can’t even tell the Sheeran story without Russ. Scorsese had actually been trying to make that movie for a decade before Netflix got involved. I take it you haven’t read ‘I heard you paint houses’? Give it a shot.NorthBuffalo wrote: ↑Sun May 21, 2023 2:38 pmFor The Irishman mob movie - I was surprised they would do Buffalino of all the interesting stories - but that was bc I didn't know his story.CornerBoy wrote: ↑Sat May 20, 2023 4:50 amhow has netflix focused on these guys?NorthBuffalo wrote: ↑Tue May 16, 2023 6:45 am Great chain - I actually didn't understand why Netflix would focus on Buffalino but the more I read about him, the more he appears to be the glue that kept the largest labor union scams going.
Re: Russel Buffalino
Martin Scorsese said in one interview when someone questioned the truthfulness of the book...He made a good point I thought. He was doing a movie on this man's book. Who am I to change his story and know what's true. Something to that effect. And he's right. He bought the rights to make the book into a movie. It doesn't really matter if we think it's bullshit or not. It's not our story to tell. Who knows what the real story is anyways...that Dan Moldea guy is in his 70s or something and has spent his whole life trying to find Hoffa remains and he's still not even close.
Re: Russel Buffalino
i thought scorcese answer was perfect. and tonys.
Moldea sure is committed. he should wear 1960's garb like those civil war reenactors wear their regalia to get in the spirit.
Moldea also does seem very nice and well-intentioned when interviewed which i guess is the important thing.

Kinda think he was close to Vito and gerrymandering catena and was asked to call in to mediate sit downstairs that's probably it. Same way other bosses did if there close to another boss.
