The time-frame is 2015-2018, not 2015-2016, but I'll agree with you, things could have still changed a fair bit since then. Merlino's legal problems, Ligambi's retirement, Lancellotti's health problems...

agreed, its prolly why Capeci has Borgesi as UB and it gets contradicted in the indictment cause its from 4-5 years ago.

Person 5 has to be Persiano.

This bust seems fairly crew specific and deals with those who dealt directly with Persiano. It will likely be limited in how much it tells us about what's going on downtown unless they have another rat. That had to be part of the reason for dangling out the DiPietro hit, to see if they can get someone in the fold.

It seems strange that Dom Grande became captain of a crew not in his so called ”area” or around home and over a bunch od guys that are mostly old.
It seems that most of the younger guys are under different captains.
