Does anyone have any info on Jose Guzman, a limo driver beaten and killed for the alleged attempted rape of Linda, Greg Scarpa’s daughter?

From what I know about him he was a gentleman and a generally nice guy. However is anybody aware of any instance where he killed or otherwise seriously harmed someone?

Does anybody have more info on the situation that occurred within the Philadelphia Family in 1934 when member Michele Maggio killed his wife and son?
