I think the difference is pleading guilty to a single act versus admitting involvement in a criminal enterprise. Some of those plea deals make you admit to everything except the existence of LCN.

Tom was spouse to come home he tragically died young in his late 50’s , . I don’t want to take anything away from frank he’s really sharp and a hard worker , he probaly won’t admit his father street money got him started but that and his dads connections got him started 30 years later your buying 200 million dollar buildings
