The last reported meeting was in 2000, but it wouldn't surprise me if they had met since then.
Why they stopped meeting since 2000 ?
like I said, they probably have.

Cosa Nostra as a whole still needs to be governed but chances are they don't have traditional commission meetings where all the bosses show up. It's likely they come to consensus through intermediaries (capos or higher) and call it a commission ruling/decision or what have you.

Try to realize your second question is impossible to answer.

What is your guys' take on this article, and this chart? I think it's 100% bullshit and I figured other people would think the same, but some people on GBB take it as gospel.

Btw, here's the chart that Ed Scarpo alleges a "source" gave him.

Boss
Frank BiFulco

Underboss
Joe Violi (Canada Faction)

Consigliere
Victor Sansanese

Capos
Frank Falzone-
Buffalo,
Six soldiers, took over BiFulco crew.

Anthony Todaro
Buffalo,
Eight soldiers, took over when his brother Joe Jr retired.

Natale Luppino
Hamilton, Canada,
Nine soldiers, took over crew when Violi was moved up to Underboss, who in turn had taken over when Vincent Luppino passed away in 2009.

Bruno Monaco
Toronto, Canada
Five soldiers, took over when Dante Gasbarrini passed away. Gasbarrini became Capo when Paul Volpe was killed, and to get away from Giacomo Luppino and John Papalia of Hamilton.

Russell Carcone
Utica
Six soldiers

Loren Piccarreto/Anthony Chirico- Rochester,
Five soldiers.

When Thomas Marotta came back in the 1990's, he decided to join the Bonanno family and took half of the independent family with him to the Bonanno family. After what happened up in Hamiliton with John Papalia, Rene Piccarreto decided to be more friendlier with Buffalo. When Joe "Lead Pipe Joe" Todaro retired in 2006, Angelo Amico decided to rejoin the Buffalo Family.

Robert Panaro
Las Vegas
No soldiers, Panaro is direct with the family administration and other capos.
Don't see how anybody apart from admin members of the alleged Buffalo family would know such a thing. And I doubt any high-ranking members of a crime family would be spilling the beans to Cosa Nostra News.
I don't know dick about dick.

It's all made up bullshit.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

Whether it's true or not it brings up something that confuses me. First, with Violo and then Luppino being listed as captains at one time or another in the Buffalo Family, the question is wasn't Luppino a Ndrangeta family separate from Buffalo. I guess my real question is just because a guy is Calabrian that doesn't mean he is Ndrangeta. Anastasia was Calabrian and he wasn't Ndrangeta..So are these different families in Canada really members of Ndrangeta or just part of LCN?? There are cases of LCN members originally being in other organizations and then becoming made members of LCN. But Toronto, Hamilton and other cities in Canada have alot of confusing ties with the Buffalo Family and also the Bonanno Family.

Genuinely looking forward.

Can’t emphasize how sad it is James Gandolfini is gone. The Sopranos died with him.

Does anyone know what happened to Frank Salerno, the Bonanno soldier who was busted some months ago? Is he out on bail awaiting his trial or still locked up?
There you have it, never printed before.

He's still locked up facing hard time for selling cocaine.
