Have you read how much they've been spending on this case... Did Joey even spend a week in jail behind this shit? They talk about people on welfare and food stamps wasting tax money but this shit is truly egregious. The only thing that's happened thanks to this case is Merlino deleting his instagram

If anyone got the short end here IMO it was Patsy Parrello. Guy got like 8 years behind this shit.

If you are Joey right now, you have to like where you are at but not out of the woods yet. Who knows, might be 11 to convict and 1 dissenter....but I doubt it. Reminds me of Uncle Joe's juries. Just a garbage case with no real investigative work. Whatever happened to building a case through evidence piece by piece, instead of just taking these rats at their word for everything?

I think joey thought whatever the cream.thing was, it was legal..and i think.he gambled and gave some action thru rubeo..now, is that a federal gambling charge? Clock u r an attorney u know more than i do..was he involved in a healtj care.fraud.scheme? Again, i dont kmow enough about the law to say that if joey knows a doctor and.said doctor writes legit scripts for whatever this cream is and jsomeone gets a commission for introducing that person, is it illegal...i will say this..for the govt.to waste the amount of time and money on it , really obnoxious

From the amounts of money that I heard Kriseberg testifying about when I sat in on the trial last week, no way the total came anywhere close to $157 million.

Can you give any details on his testimony?

First off I heard the prosecutors refer to the pain cream stuff as the "cream scheme" which I immediately trademarked for the title of a book, indie rock band, or title of porno.

Just some notes from my scribbles:
Kriseberg (K) testimony:

Kriseberg paid Rubeo and Camacvo $800 per script
K was told that "Joey ran Philly"
Sirkin told Kto pay Camacho and Rubeo because Sirkin told K that he had a sitdown with Merlino
A lot of personal disputes between Camacho and K over money
K was addicted to pain pills
K owed Brad Sirkin money over gambling debt - supposedly sitdown with Merlino over debt
K was gambling on football, baseball, basketball- online
K used burner phones in the "cream scheme" (trademarked- keep away)
K saw Sirkin Pay Merlino at Dino and Frank resto in Boca (formerly Merlinos) - this became a good part of the cross. K admitted there were 30-40 people at the bar and he only saw a quick exchange. IN testimony he said merlino counted out the bills. Lie
K ran into Merlino after Merlinos closed (fall 2016) and agreed to go partners in a new restaurant (mayeb Dino and Franks- I was unsure on this timeline). Around the same time as indictment came down
