Yeah, I believe he was cought on a AC casino camera with another woman. His wife was spotted alone with Johnny Gongs in some restaurant I believe. Then there was that time that guy, Billy something, was arrested at her house hiding under a bed in his underwear (this was when Merlino was in prison). There was also that story of her getting knocked up by some football player and going out of state for an abortion. Those two scumbags deserve each other.

I remember when he got out of jail moved the Boca and was living in that Townhome. The block was complaining because of all the girls coming in and out of that place at all hours of the night. I am pretty sure his wife knows. Plus she was cheating on him while he was in the jail way back when. Those wives know. Rule is you just don't bring them around or put it under my nose.

I hear ya. But I don't think a judge would stick to the plea agreement on sentencing Joey because Joey is such a public guy. Judge would hammer him. I think Joey knows that 12-24mo agreement could turn into 8yrs at sentencing. Either way he is looking at a life time behind bars if he is found guilty of conspiracy. Even he if walks...gotta be a better way to make a living. lol

Were other philly guys on the indictment? It’s hard for me to buy that Joey as a reputed boss was solely in collusion with the other families to commit a massive insurance fraud. Their had to be some other guys in philly putting in the muscle to pull off this scam. The witnesses so far suck and so far the evidence is more or less he said she said type of shit.
