I believe it was mentioned before about some Colombo activity on the edge of Bronx / into Yonkers area.

other then that specific instance, im surprised to see the. w a crew there.

In all probability it's a Brooklyn-based crew with some operations in the Bronx.

Yeah, it's in Westchester which is the suburbs north of the city. Still quite a bit of mob presence there.

The Genovese, Gambino, and Lucchese families all are active there.

Thanks ! That's a big area if Bronx, Yonkers , Brooklyn are still heavily mobbed up . There children must be marrying and raising there families there to support that . Guess not all are running for suburbs.

What ever happened to Dente jr's Medical scam indictment from 1-2yrs ago? He and a group of people scammed money for a surgery center they were going to start and pretty muched just used the money for their own purposes etc. Did he get convicted and sentenced for that..?

Fusco was the consigliere at the end of his life with the Columbos but he spent his days down in Brooklyn and Queens. He lived in Scarsdale and would be driven down there from his home. DePalma was with the Gambinos and his activities were basically in the Bronx and Westchester.

I couldn't find anything on the group of people arrested with him or his ex girlfriend either? Maybe it didn't go to trial yet..? Does Dente Jr live in Staten Island ?

Wasn't Dente demoted from capo of the Bronx operations around 2001/2002 due to an argument with Muscarella? Can't remember where I read that.
Sometime later he began operating in Bergen County, NJ which is where the medical scam happened. Dente lives in Wyckoff and his girlfriend and partner-in-crime lives in Ridgewood NJ.
Hasn't been any news since March 2016, when Dente was released on $50,000 bond.

It went from 90% white in 1960 to about 40% white now.

the bronx had a little italy on arthur ave at one time. i dont believe theres anything left of that at all now.

there are still some italian living in arthur avenue but most of italians in the bronx live in mirror park, throggs neck, pelham bay and schuylerville
