Looking at the charts, if we are talking based or active there...

Genovese captains include Joseph Dente Jr, Pasquale Falsetto, Danny Leo, Danny Pagano, and Patsy Parello.

Lucchese captains include John Capra, Steve Crea Jr, Andrew DeSimone, Joseph Giampa, and Anthony Santorelli.

Gambino captain Andrew Campos.

Colombo captain Dennis Felicia.

Bonanno captain Joseph Sabella.
All roads lead to New York.

That was fresh street talk someone posted. Nothing has come out to support it.

Another possible one for the Gambinos is Louis "Louie Bracciole" Ricco. But he is 87 now and nothing hs come out on him for several years so it is possible he was replaced.

Another one for the Bonanno is John Palazzolo.
