Burnstein said "This is like robbing the Corleones". That was definitely a "Take it easy, we're not making a western here" line.
That is one of the maddest quotes I've seen in a long time
Then he said its like robbing Jimmy the Gent's Robert's Lounge or the Demeo crew I think. I respect some of Scott's work but good grief, lets wait and see what happens before we start writing Goodfellas part 2
It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

I mean if everything they say about Spirito, Mancuso and Aiello is true then they definitely ain’t the guys to fuck with. All murderers and Mancuso seems to be the most violence prone hot head out of all the bosses in NY. Not saying they’re comparable to Demeo or those guys but they are probably the last group of guys I’d steal from lol
That’s the guy, Adriana. My Uncle Tony. The guy I’m going to hell for.

Mancuso's violent reputation seems overblown on here to me. Crea seemed equally violent and he's portrayed like a Fortune 500 CEO on here or at least was. Basciano seemed more violent than Mancuso and doesn't get the "hothead" label as much. I think a lot of it stems from him killing his wife which is obviously insane but it was unrelated to the mob, as a mobster i don't think he's as violent as people make out so far at least.
Three weeks ago they had that broke rat from 20 years ago Peter pasta a capo with the whole east coast on lock and now this ? How do you guys actually believe this stuff

I don't know of any actual murders from Crea. I remember D'Arco claiming in his book Crea was willing to go to war with Amuso, Casso and Bowat.
Shortly before Amuso was arrested Crea and D'Arco had meeting and they talk about how they've been double crossed and Crea mentions he can kill Bowat very quickly.
I think Crea was also found guilty of plotting to kill Sean Richard - but I dont know of any actual murders he's accused of committing.

I wasn't talking personally violent we're discussing them as Mob Leaders, if Mancuso has anyone killed he won't be doing them himself. Also isn't Mancuso's wife the only person we know he killed personally? Wasn't he the driver or lookout on that other hit? Actually wasn't he supposed to be and he didn't show up or am i misremembering?
What i was saying is Crea seemed just as quick to violence as Mancuso yet he was looked at as a super smart white collar criminal on here, no one ever calls him a hothead or violent which he clearly was just as much as Mancuso.

Just so everyone knows, RushStreet is getting banned.
I was seriously about to quit the forum because of him. Only other person who has ever had this effect on me was Moe Tilden (I quit GBB because of him specifically and had him clipped when he showed up here lol). Thanks man.
I've said this before, but I am the mellowest and most easygoing guy in mob forum history, so if you've managed to piss me of all people off, you're either a hopelessly disruptive idiot-poster, or you are a very effective troll. Either is worthy of a ban.
Most of the crap people are complaining about on here is just him or people reacting to him, often good posters who are just pissed off (understandably).
You might want to check the IPs of the people who engage with him the most (or whatever similar methods you have at your disposal for IDing sock puppets) as there's some suspicion that they're all the same person.

I must say, personally, that even though I am not discounting the veracity of either of these incidents, it also would not surprise me in the slightest if they turn out to be completely false. It seems especially attention-grabbing, in my view, to report on a nearly identical robbery under a week after a supposed first one is announced as having occurred. And this all got me to reflect on something Nadu said at the end of this video, about how "people don't believe what we say but we have sources who have been reliable and we trust them". Alright, but that is not the be-all end-all, you cannot simply announce something as "breaking news" without expressing a shred of doubt in regard to it being, simply put, unverified information. And more specifically, when have Nadu's "sources" ever displayed reliability? With those ridículous new five families administrations they have "informed him" about recently? With their assurance that Bobby Manna died not once, but two times? He is not to be trusted on anything, much less news of this caliber which nobody has yet corroborated. Again, this may all very well be true, but so long as Capeci does not speak on it, they are unconfirmed rumors to me.
