It wouldn't surprise me if he was. Red Wemette said that Mitch Mars showed him a document indicating that DiFronzo was a CI, but that would have been not only out of character for Mars, it would have been illegal. On the other hand, Red, on his podcasts, has been honest about what he witnessed and if he doesn't know something he's up front about it.
