I doubt it. They wanted to take the family in a new direction so they made quilts to sell at flea markets

The mob isn't the biggest criminal danger in Massachusetts,so the LE doesnt spent the same resources that in the 1990s.
Re: New England Underboss Dead at 77
yaeh they pretty much leave it alone after all the bulger and fbi corruption. if they want to keep the thing alive they don't have a problem IMO. I think dinunzio the brother can keep it moving along in boston in the subs and whatever matt g has left in providence. nephews sons and grandkids just like they do in NYC

Was in Boston recently. Drove through the north end little Italy a few times. Pretty cool place but didn’t see a whole lot of “mob activity” if that’s what you wanna call it lol. Just a bunch of yuppies.
That’s the guy, Adriana. My Uncle Tony. The guy I’m going to hell for.

Little Italys in the Sates are now gentrified and live with tourism.AntComello wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2024 4:42 am Was in Boston recently. Drove through the north end little Italy a few times. The north end despite being the largest little Italy in America doesn't escape this reality.

That got out of hand. If anyone wants to keep at it go to the Graveyard section (where the argument now resides). I'm tired of the same argument playing out and descending into insults in every other thread.

South Philly is the most Italian of Little Italys. Easy way to know if there are a lot of Italians is the number of butchers and bakers. I know of 3 butchers, just off the top of my head, in S. Philly. There's 1 bakery remaining in the North End.
