Manocchio is pushing 100 and reportedly at death's door with his health problems. DeLuca was deported, Ray Jr. is shelved and legit. It's down to two guys, and I don't know if Ruggiero is still active, so it could just be Guglielmetti keeping the dream alive.

Was in Boston recently. Drove through the north end little Italy a few times. Pretty cool place but didn’t see a whole lot of “mob activity” if that’s what you wanna call it lol. Just a bunch of yuppies.

Little Italys in the Sates are now gentrified and live with tourism.
The north end despite being the largest little Italy in America doesn't escape this reality.

South Philly is the most Italian of Little Italys. Easy way to know if there are a lot of Italians is the number of butchers and bakers. I know of 3 butchers, just off the top of my head, in S. Philly. There's 1 bakery remaining in the North End.
