That video was certainly the first of its kind. The guy insisted Pennisi put it out so his people will eventually realize it was about him when it’s all said and done and the guy disappears. Somewhat amazing yet on brand for 2024.

As far as guesses Pennisi was very vague so who knows. What I got from it is this ‘Vinny’ is a good earner and was very close to his old captain who has passed away and now some of Vinny’s adversaries are running things and screwing him over. Vinny says Bo a lot so I’d guess he’s definitely from Brooklyn.

If he never planned on becoming an informer, why would he risk his whole reputation by talking to Pennisi? Walking away and not talking to Pennisi? Or walking away this way...it makes no sense to me

maybe this pennisi was actually respected and didnt come off retarded like he does on the computer. maybe he just feels very awkward trying to speak in a gramtically correrct manner or is self conscious about sounding street so his stories sound ultra contrived and robotic. just throwing that out there. i wouldnt know.

From everything he has said I imagine he was respected and generally seen as a capable guy as they say. I think the woman drama must have really brought him down though. Pete inzerillo according to pennisi told him that some Albanian guy who was with Pete was still sleeping with her when John was dating her and pennisi asked Pete to tell him to tell the guy to stay away. From Pete’s perspective I can’t imagine that was a good look on pennisi. Then guys in his crew were all over her too, his paranoia went up guys started casting him aside, it does make sense and is a path of a guy going from being respected to being completely sidelined. He also spoke about some kind of issue with Joe perna and pernas wife but I’m not sure there was ever much detail given on that. He claimed once that he believed Joe perna was who he believed had people laying on him but who knows if that was a YouTube jab at Joe or a genuine belief
