Philly mob and Chicago Outfit are on the abyss

Re: Philly mob and Chicago Outfit are on the abyss
Hey @PolackTony,
Have you heard anything on Dominic Corrado, a Detroit guy who lives in the Chicago suburb of Glen Ellyn? He was busted in the 2006 Detroit (don’t call it LCN) gambling bust. He's connected to the Syracuse family in Chicago, like a few other modern day Detroit LCN members.
Chitown media did a better job at covering the case than Detroit media…

Thanks

Yes, three daughters of Sam Syracuse (who I've covered previously on some of the Chicago threads along with his dad, Rosario Siragusa, who apparently had ties also to the Springfield IL "outfit") wound up marrying Corrado and Tocco guys who are *allegedly* made (no one start throwing stones at me now, I'm in no position myself to say who is or isn't made in Detroit lol). Funny coincidence, that.DoubleZ wrote: ↑Fri May 05, 2023 4:12 pm Hey @PolackTony,

I don't have any current info about Dominic Corrado today, aside from the familial stuff.

And yes, definitely familiar with that discussion, I just looked it up as a reference before making my post lol.
I would hope there would be no debate that Pete Tocco and Tony LaPiana are made at this point. If so, bring on the stones.
Regardless of Dom Corrado made status or not, he’s still living in Chicagoland to this day (even lived in Melrose Park at one point). 100% tied and related to the Corrado crew in Detroit. I’m interested in how he plays into this modern network that’s coming to light with NY and Detroit members/associates living, operating and associating in the Outfits realm and affairs.

Gotcha. Narducci took a loansharking pinch like 3 years ago so I think it's fine to include him as an active member even if he tells people he's retired.johnny_scootch wrote: ↑Fri May 05, 2023 3:27 amChin had him as questionable so I purposely left him off to be conservative. Same with Ally Lance and Vince Iannece who are listed as soldiers on Hairyknuckles list in the charts section. I think Philly could easily have 35+ maybe 40 active guys if we factor in unknown made members.aray22 wrote: ↑Thu May 04, 2023 8:23 pmYou have Narducci as inactive?johnny_scootch wrote: ↑Thu May 04, 2023 8:01 pm 1.Joseph Merlino (boss)

I agree and I added Allie Lance too because he had been identified as a made member by government witness Michael Orlando in 2013. I also feel safe adding Ralph Giannini to the possible members list, he appeared in that Philly family group photo of all made and proposed members from the Staino wedding in 2010.
They’re far from their peak but clearly not on the abyss.

Re: Philly mob and Chicago Outfit are on the abyss
I looked back at some of the testimony from 2012 and I wouldn't include Al Lancellotti based on Orlando's testimony. Here's what I have from Orlando:johnny_scootch wrote: ↑Sat May 06, 2023 1:12 pm I added Allie Lance too because he had been identified as a made member by government witness Michael Orlando in 2013.
Q Do you know a person by the name of Michael Lancellotti?
A Yes, I do.
Q How do you know him?
A I met Michael through his nephew, Albert Lancellotti.
Q Okay. And how did you meet Albert Lancellotti?
A I met Albert Lancellotti through my half-brother, Tommy DiLauro.
Q Did Albert Lancellotti have a nickname or street name?
A Cat, Al Cat.
Q Was he a friend of your half-brother?
A Yeah, they were very close.
Q Did you at some point become friends with him?
A I became friends with him as well.
Q What, if anything, did you believe about Michael Lancellotti?
A I believed that Michael Lancellotti was la cosa nostra.
Q Do you believe he was a member of the la cosa nostra?
A Absolutely, yes. I thought he was at least a soldier, made guy.
Q You believe he was a made member?
A Yes, absolutely.
Q What was the connection between Albert Lancellotti and Damion Canalichio?
A I don’t think Damion was too crazy about Albert, I just think Damion gave Albert a little respect because of Mike Lancellotti, his uncle. Most people I don’t think liked Albert, but because of Mike they gave Albert respect. Albert wasn’t a really good moneymaker or anything.
To me at least that reads as Orlando saying Al Lancellotti wasn't made but his uncle was.Q Now, when you had that problem with Al Cat and the robbery of the drug dealer you went to Mousie to see if he could help you out, straighten it out, correct?
A Yes, I did.
Q Okay. And it was some time after that that Al Cat broke your windows, correct?
A The following day.
Q The following day?
A The next day.
Q Okay. Now, Al Cat wasn’t a made guy, correct?
A No, Al Cat is a –
Q And Al Cat was the one who told you to stay away from the bar, correct?
A Yes, he did.
Q Well, in South Philly lore that wouldn’t make sense that a guy who wasn’t made told you to stay away from a guy who was made?
A But, his uncle is a made guy.
Q Well, but that didn’t make sense, that part of it, did it?
A That’s what I didn’t understand, because I went to Mousie and he said yes, he would help me. He knew it was about reefer and he said yes, and then a yes turned into a no.
I also found this from Louis Monacello's testimony where he describes Al Lancellotti as an associate:
Q Let me stop you right there for a second. You mentioned a bunch of names.
A Okay.
Q First of all, this Albert Lancellotti, what was his – what was his street name?
A Al Cat.
Q And he was an associate of the mob?
A He was.
Q All right. Did he have kind – did he have a – what family relationship did he have with any other member of the mob?
A His uncle, Michael Lancellotti, was a captain.

Re: Philly mob and Chicago Outfit are on the abyss
Found something to take into account when considering the current status of Paul Pepicelli.
Since Luisi and Tanso fell out, Tanso has done a couple of interviews giving his side of the story. Tanso specifically stated that Pepicelli has been associating with Luisi and was at their (Tanso and Luisi’s) old apartment when Luisi called the police to get Tanso kicked out.

And then he [Luisi] had his cousin Paulie Pep up there, who’s not supposed to be up there, but he’s on the incident report with the police, so let them guys in Philly figure it out. [...] His cousin Paulie Pep was up the house. It’s on the incident report with the police. Let them guys handle it. Why their guys are up their hanging out with him.

when in car, i heard luisi or tanzo saying that they were on welfare, not being able to make 2k rent collectively. popping klonopin. them accusing ea other of being bipolar. what kind of made guys are these. if this was 98, I'd take their money and their coke. back to bloomberg radio or sports

Re: Philly mob and Chicago Outfit are on the abyss
Al Lancelotti has a LinkedIn acc where he lists his occupation as being an amazon warehouse worker. I think we can safely assume that it’s not a no-show job.
Re: Philly mob and Chicago Outfit are on the abyss
if yyou have the correct al lanceleotti, which im sure you do, then def fnot not a no show or no work.
also, why would a warehouse worker need a LinkedIn account? Maybe to get another job?

Chin you were probably right to have him in the maybe column and I didn’t realize he was the nephew of Mikey Lance for some reason I thought he was his brother. Thanks for the info.
One question did the Monacello testimony come before of after the Orlando testimony?

The testimony I have for Orlando is Oct 25-26, 2012, and for Monacello it's Nov 22, 25 and Dec 2-3 2013.
