John Gotti’s club was bugged throughout 1985. Nothing, not even a sentence, picked up indicating huge plans at any point?

Plus you had a total of around 20-25 people who had prior knowledge of the assassination for at least 3-4 months before it happened. Sammy reports he was approached in mid September 1985. That means the plan was already underway with the Bergin crew

Now, let’s suppose that none of these 20 odd guys involved are informers themselves. Still, Mafia guys are talkative. Angelo Ruggerio the most talkative guy in Mafia history was involved. None of these guys let slip that they were involved in the biggest hit in 30 odd years? And none of those guys in turn were informers?

Now add in the people in other families that they approached, whom they knew, spoke to, etc. No one in any family that was approached talked to anyone who maybe passed a tip to the Feds? You’re an informant, how could you resist giving something this huge up?

This is a massive hit being planned since at least August 1985 and no one in the FBI is alerted by *any* source? Over 4 months?

No bugging, tapping of phones, or other surveillance indicates it?

Nothing?
