This murder had an odd link to Vincenzo LoCicero a year before he died, which was on Dec 5, 1923. I can't ascertain if it was due to natural causes or murder, but given that this was right in the middle of the 2nd Mafia War, who knows.

A Felix LoCicero (512 E 80th) and Charles Trentacoste (359 W 76th) witnessed Domenico "Mike" Arcuri's naturalization.
There were (at least) two Felix LoCiceros, one on 2nd Ave near E39 born in 1892 and another born on 1897 who are cousins, the latter fits the address better. This Felix Salvatore LoCicero was born 1897/5/15 in NYC to our Vincenzo Lo Ciciero and married a Giovannina Majuri di Leoluca Majuri (Maiori)
Charles Trentacoste was born 1889/11/20 and listed "Palamo" as his birth place, which is likely Palermo. The addresses don't match fully but both were Barbers, this one worked for "Mike the Barber."
I'm not one to jump to conclusions but this makes me wonder if there's a lineage crew-wise between the LoCiceros and the Arcuris with the Francos sprinkled in there.

Looked up Accursio DiMino, b 1885/5/15 in Sciacca, who arrived in 1900 and appeared to keep it to 91 Elizabeth St. In 1920 he had his family as well as a boarder with him, one Salvatore Sclafani who was born around 1902. DiMino's wife was Giuseppina Sclafani so Salvatore is likely a relative.
In 1921, he traveled to Sicily with a few names, one was an Accardi of Vita who lived in Newark, so here's an early link of Sciaccatani and Newark.

If this is the guy, he arrived in 1890 and the manifest just lists Italy. Parlapiano There was a Gaetano Tropia lived at 245 E39th St, born in 1886. His father was Joseph Trupia, mother Gerlanda DiMaria and his wife was Giulia (Julia) Biccotta/Cicotty.
So maybe these crew lineages went
1) LoCiceros-Tropia ... Arcuri? The Arcuris and LoCiceros are definitely linked and Tropia came from an area identified with that faction (E39th)
2) DiMino-Parlapiano ... Corrao? DiMino's wife's surname was a Sclafani and Joe Butch, also Sciaccatan, had a crew member Big Gus Sclafani and both DiMino and Corrao were active in lower Manhattan half a century apart.

Parlapiano´s successor as crew leader was most likely Antonino Indelicato (b 1890) who stepped down (demoted?) in the 1950s. Then Joseph Franco (b 1910) was the leader of that crew. One change I would make would be to Joseph "Staten Island Joe" Riccobono. It seems he would be in the DeCicco crew since he was part of his father's crew. Giovanni (John) Riccobono was the oldest man in prison in New York in the 1930s for killing a cop around 1917. Giovanni Riccobono was related to Saverio Virzi and lived in the same neighborhood around East 13th Street.
And Charlie Brush was Anthony Zangarra. I found two Anthony Zangaras (with one R) in New York, one born in 1904 and the other in 1924. Both were born in New York City.

Thomas frouge was born in Ohio, his father was Giuseppe (one lists him as silvestro but it's the same guy unless wife Tommasina montebano married two guys with the same last name that's correct spelling was Ferrugia, of Cianciana, Agrigento. Interesting background.
