I read a few articles that said he couldn't get made by Raymond Patriarca Sr. because he's part Irish. But I guess another boss was willing to overlook that.

Guys what was the scheme between Louis Domes and Frank Sinatra? I was watching Crime Inc and I didn't quite understand what Jimmy Fratiano meant, Louis Domes put Sinatra in the Westchester theatre, and in return what happened?

If I remember right they were skimming from the theater.

Below is a veeeeeery rough list/timeline of various criminal groups, persons, events from years ago. Mainly to show when this or that group entered the scene. No doubt needs correction, updating, additions, etc.

Your dates for Chicago street gangs are pretty much correct. Almost all Chicago gangs got their start in the 50s/60s, of course. The ~1954 date for the Kings fits with the info that I have, including from original-era members that I knew in Chicago (e.g., King Rory, who incidentally identified the original section that he knew of as having started in the 1950s in a section of Humboldt Park where Jackie Cerone and some other Outfit guys lived, and further stated that there were a number of Italian kids alongside the PRs during that first generation of Kings). The Spanish Cobras are also thought to have started back in the 50s, and some have claimed that they started in PR before arriving in Chicago in the 50s. Predominately Italian gangs in origin like the C-Notes and Gaylords started in the 50s also, as did the Royals. MLDs, Two Six, and most others were already forming in the early 60s, especially as the Kings began spreading rapidly in the newly expanding PR and Mexican communities, fomenting the formation of rival gangs as a response. Similar dynamics occurred in the black areas as well, where local groups of youth had to form clubs to combat the rise of the aggressively expanding and predatory groups like the VLs, GDs, and Stones, and many of those local gangs were subsequently absorbed by the more successful large groups, leading to the “supergangs” of Chicago past.

He'd be about 87 if still alive.

Yes they do. Though of course in this case it is easier for them to break this rule.

Is anyone able to translate the pizzini gathered from Sandro Lo Piccolo in the link below? I assume its from extortion payments, but does this show who its going to or anything more?

I don't speak Italian but an English version of the article does say those records are an "accounting of the pizzo" so, yes, it is extortion payments. Lo Piccolo's clan was said to be running a huge extortion racket in Palermo.
