Just curious why do you have Joey Merlino and Dominic Grande as your profile picture? Like...I can understand legends like Luciano, Capone, Galante, Colombo but Merlino and Grande? Seems a bid queer or otherwise idyllic in your eyes.slimshady_007 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 18, 2021 1:56 pm Interestingly in Calandras latest video he claimed Gaspipe Casso was behind the 1991 murder of Marc Goldberg. Apparently, Anthony Spero wanted Goldberg on record with him and asked Gaspipe to release Goldberg. Afterwards, Casso had him whacked. The story doesn’t seem that far fetched considering how much of a paranoid psychopath Casso was. Here’s a link to the video for anyone who’s interested- https://youtu.be/3k3ZSq0R-Ro

He somehow got on VladTV and instead of that catapulting him as much as something like that can (meh or nah or yes or no) he went even further down.Amershire_Ed wrote: ↑Fri Jun 18, 2021 8:57 pm I think his page is private now but you can try it https://www.instagram.com/tv/CQQ-92TlLs ... =copy_link
I really think Hootie thought he was gonna put out a few YouTube videos about selling drugs and running with wiseguys and the money and opportunity would start rolling in. The only problem is those videos were part of a larger group of videos in which Hootie was smacked out of his goddamn mind. And, not for nothing, but this is America—a lot of guys sold drugs. Your street story has to be pretty unique and newsworthy if you are going to profit off of retelling it. And even if you were that guy, being halfway in a nod while sharing those stories is obviously going to undercut your credibility.

Gunner is just hosting a show. Honestly, Calandra is a loudmouth, and I just don't sympathize with him at all. All of these rats, especially Sammy and Franzese, as I've posted prior, are profiting from putting hundreds of men behind bars. Gunner rambled on just too long but listen to what he's saying; it's not directly at Calandra. In Detroit, they kill wannabes like the Bath Avenue Crew; you don't see Detroit wiseguy rats everywhere; hence, his uncle tagged N.Y. the rat pack.
Gunner did 13 years for violent crimes in Michigan state prisons. And, he did not rat. Gunner offered Calandra a cage match any time. Regarding his writing, I've not read any but he is proclaiming Hemingway-like talent.
Calandra, as a prior video cites, was born in 1969 and flipped in 2001. He was an associate of an associate that, by his own stories, controlled street-corner pot spots in few block radius of a larger avenue and robbed their neighbors' homes; aside from an occasional bigger score here and there. He is not on the map of LCN. Frankly, the associates/members coming to fore in the 1990s is why LCN today is considered a joke.

Is it against the law to use that photo as my profile picture? Imo, Joey and Dom are as real as it gets nowadays, especially if we’re talking about the newer generation of guys.Extortion wrote: ↑Fri Jun 18, 2021 9:42 pmJust curious why do you have Joey Merlino and Dominic Grande as your profile picture? Re: Jimmy Calandras latest comments
I was summarizing his diatribe with one of his examples. Review Scott's reporting on Detroit; very calculating; very careful; very selective; very secretive. This Bath Avenue Crew type of behavior lands everyone in prison for life and WITSEC. How many Detroit hierarchy died in bed vs. Brooklyn? Anyway, appreciate the response, but just observing - as we all are. Calandra is kid still and Gunner has made something of himself and acts like a gentleman. I believe he concurs that he will get more views but it is also just one outlet of revenue for him. For Jimmy, this is probably his biggest score. It's been 20 years since he ratted and willing to wager he has not learned a skill in that time, but instead still chasing the easy buck.
Re: Jimmy Calandras latest comments
my opinion, has nothing to do with jimmy, comparing n.y. to any other C.N. family in the country is not fair, why? detroit is controlled by one family and throughout history mostly blood related guys, same goes for just about every other family in the country, where as n.y. we have 6 with n.j. from corner to corner in bklyn, kids gravitated to C.N. guys in either one of those families, bad beefs came out of "my guy" mentality . at times it was fuck those guys ill deal with it when the beef comes to me. one boss ,no place to go ..competition level was always in play..our guys are tougher than your guys,

I always wondered that, why the hell are young Turks having direct contact with a Consigliere?
