Seems a lot of $ to be made in FL if you have some cash, makes sense so many guys are down there plus less LE heat. I wonder if FL goes out of their way to not bring up the mob locally, similar to NJ and the ports. As long as they ain’t killing each other, not many seem to care.

Truglia was hit in the big Colombo case back when Anthony Russo, Mike Souza and Reynold Maragni fliipped. My guess is Truglia replaced Maragni down there. From his facebook, he looks to be a former steroid user and has a lot less hair from the previous arrest, that's for sure.

I mean i think its good for them that label taints getting a fair judicial proceeding right off the bat. But i know the govt will use it any chance they get. So maybe it wasnt associated with CN members at all, it just had guys in it.

Maragni was a captain who headed a crew based there before it was broken up. Truglia isn't even made. This case seems to be more the result of some of these guys living in Florida, and the companies being there (and Jersey), than a Florida-based Combo crew.

He might not be made, but at the same token - we on this website only know what is broadcasted by the FBI at the time of the arrests. He very well could have been in recent years and we just don't know about it. At the same token, someone has to fill the slot from Maragni now that he is out of the picture and Truglia has been consistently involved with Farese for the last 10 years or so - if not longer.

Was waiting for someone to mention Truglia, he was Farese's driver and right-hand back in 2012. He was the one convicted of money laundering while Farese walked free. If Truglia wasn't made after he more-or-less took the rap for Farese, then there must be other factors at work.
I would caution to guess that Truglia replaced Maragni, but he is definitely close to Farese and was a trusted guy who kept his mouth shut in his first pinch.

Yeah, your right Suzanne is a Persico- Alphonses daughter-Carmines brother. She was allegedly was caught on some wiretaps and charged, but Farese took a plea if the charges were dropped against her which is what happened in the late 90s when the govt entrapped him in my opinion in that particular case imo.
