Found it interesting that nowhere in the indictment does it reference Grande consenting or approving the dealing of drugs, just that he instructed guys to work together in AC. That's likely where the defense will be. Gloried bookmaking and loansharking case. There could be more coming but this may be all that Persiano could bring to the table.

Grande is listed as approving drug deals in the indictment. Mazzone was not.

If they had a wiretap wouldn't Dom have been indicted already in New Jersey? Either the approval is another deal like Ron Previte, where they were talking about watches or ceiling fans or whatever or its one of the days where the wire "wasn't on" and its based upon Persiano's word. Could be very interesting.

Just read the indictment... dom is cooked... they have a ci identified as a soldier, person #5, that has to be persiano, literally handing dom bookmaking money several times a week... and if they can tie him to persiano and servidio selling those fucked up fake 30’s... he’s fucked... eventhough he never said a word about the pills or anything g they’re going to charge him since his soldier was selling them and kicking money to him. I have no respect for anyone who deals in fake pills... some of those fake 30s had fucking meth, heroin, and fent in them!!! Could you imagine buying a few thinking they were real? And 20 mins later you’re high on meth, dope, and probably dead from the fent??? Fucking morons.... it appears they have several other people who were cooperating. Very interesting to see who they are.... and would also like to know who Stevie, his brother and dom made in the ceremony in October 2015.... once I saw the new poster a few days ago about the dipietro hit.. I had a feeling something was about to drop.. this is the most exciting thing to happen in a while..

I'm not sure if Grande approving someone in dealing in drugs is as serious as accepting money from drugs for sentencing purposes. Maybe it is, but that is at least conspiracy to distribute. At any rate, it's a racketeering count.
