Forgive me for not understanding but how can he get 15 in the feds for drugs and then they re-indict him a month later on the same crimes? Is it as simple as calling it rico this time around?

Not mentioned in the indictment, that type of stuff usually comes out in detention memos.

Found it interesting that nowhere in the indictment does it reference Grande consenting or approving the dealing of drugs, just that he instructed guys to work together in AC. That's likely where the defense will be. Gloried bookmaking and loansharking case. There could be more coming but this may be all that Persiano could bring to the table.

Also, weight wise, it’s *not* a ton of drugs. Seems like just a lot of low to mid level activity. The fentanyl is where they will probably try to hammer them, though.

I find it interesting the Feds named Fat Angelo’s restaurant in the indictment. The place is the furthest thing from a mob hangout.

Yeah guys from time to time go there to eat dinner but that place is the furthest thing from a hangout. Fat Ange is always there working from what I know and see.
