Nah the coke bust wasn’t in the papers but it was all connected South Philly guys who have been around forever, among them was Wag’s Father in law and a guy connected to Borgesi and Ligambi in the past .

The indictment is on Mayoface’s Instagram .

Nicodemo was pumping coke out onto the streets before he went away as one of the ways he earned. Nicodemo and Grande were really tight before Nicodemo went away. Grande and Nicodemo even had real estate together they were putting their money into. I’m pretty sure Grande is helping look after Nicodemo’s interests while he’s away along with Nicodemo’s brother Ronnie.

Then you have this coke bust of connected guys and right after it the Feds release pictures and a reward for the DiPietro hit Grande and Nicodemo pulled off.

The Feds had this coke indictment back in 2016 and they finally unsealed it in 2020, the timing of it makes me think it’s from Persiano due to the timeframe (2016) and the fact that Persiano reported to Dom.

If I had to guess the Feds are getting near the finish line of their indictment against Dom they have been working on for years and are trying to strengthen the murder Rico charge with the DiPietro hit before they unseal the indictment. I am speculating they’re going to roll out Persiano as their star witness but the guy literally was scamming old lady’s out of their savings while he was out on the streets in the AC area selling drugs and scamming people out of their savings. Jacobs will have an absolute field day on Persiano and the Feds know this so they’re trying to strengthen their murder Rico charge to up the ante.

Something is up, I can feel it.

I would imagine because it's of little use. They trotted this thing out to increase chatter to elicit information. It's a tactic used across the board in LE.

Kenny Arabia was Mickey Diamond DeVito's nephew (Mickey Diamond was actually found in the trunk of Kenny's cadi after he was killed on orders of the Marconi brothers). He's been in drugs since the 80s and was actually in a drug ring with a much younger Gary Battaglini who you might remember as one of the bookie's from the Ligambi trial Dan Sr's son Danny Malatesta was a Delco bookie that's been around since the 90s and was tied up in the Merlino case in 2000 for extortion (collecting bad debts from gamblers). Sounds like this was connected to the Persiano/Piccolo/Servidio bust and for whatever reason they waited to indict, which is interesting. Dan Castelli has also been tied to big meth, coke and pill ring busts going back to the early 80s so these guys have been doing this sort of thing a while. The Wagner bros also have another brother in a law Sal Branco who was married to their aunt (Gaeton Lucibello's sister). He was big-timer in drugs and worked with LCN and bikers. It'll be interesting to see how this all plays out, but these four guys are looking at football numbers being that theyre all 2 and 3 time losers, but I don't see any of the guys on the indictment flipping let alone about the DiPietro hit, but there's probably more at play in the background then were even aware of so we'll see!

This bust also isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things... 4 guys for a half kilo... that's barely $15 grand. Basically a dime bag bust and not close to the $ million busts they were associated with in the 80s and 90s so there's gotta be more to it....

Maybe scrambling for a different strategy to get to Grande after the Persiano thing didn't seem to go anywhere

They are trying to tie Grande to a pattern of racketeering/crimes. Creating chatter by putting this out there and getting someone on a wire or phone tap saying Grande's name or nickname to piece together a RICO case. Doesn't have to be solid evidence of him pulling the trigger just some type or involvement or multiple people saying he was tied to it in some way. I'd say Dom will be indicted in less then 3yrs for RICO. What a shitting existence waiting for the rug(your life) to be pulled out from under you.

Danny Malatesta who got picked up a few days ago in that coke bust by the Feds with Wags Father in Law has been linked to Borgesi and Ligambi in the past back in the day.

Nicodemo was pushing coke in South Philly before he went away and Nicodemo and Grande were thick as thieves, this South Philly crew selling coke with connections to LCN gets pinched for something the Feds have had since 2016 just now and a few days after jamming up this South Philly coke ring they release all these photos and a reward for information on the DiPietro hit Nicodemo and Grande pulled off. The funniest thing is that they think someone is going to talk for only 10k lmfao, I’ve walked into casinos on a Tuesday Night with more than that in my pockets, hahaha they think someone in the neighborhood is going to talk for a mere 10k.....

Something is brewing if I’m speculating, they either just dropped some wires or there’s going to be an indictment down the road because they always pop peripheral people before a major indictment is dropped, that’s how the Feds roll. I’m purely speculating, I just feel something is going down.

I think you are correct. They are building a RICO case with various crimes and individuals. The pics and reward is being used to create chatter on wires and phone taps. They will be looking to entrap people talking about it and pressure them to cooperate. All they need is circumstantial evidence for murder in a RICO case. Grande will be indicted in less then 3yrs.

I agree Biden would say that! Course people have been saying Dom's going to be indicted since Nicodemo got charged, this can't be adding much strain if he made it through that case....this coke bust could be an indication they don't have a good case against Dom and are just taking the scraps of other cases and moving on them. They did the same thing in Persiano's case and everyone was waiting for the shoe to drop there.

The US Attorneys office isn't what it used to be. I don't think they would post this pictures unless there was a big hole in a potential indictment and they had nowhere else to turn. That Ligambi case hurt several careers. They won't try that type of case again and use all those resources just to lose. Without a rat involved in the conspiracy itself, I don't see Dom getting charged for the Dipietro hit and the idea that's for sure Dom in that picture is nuts. I bet if you walk into a club on saturday night half of philly would fit that profile.

I completely forgot that Persiano brought an undercover Fed into the fold who interacted with a lot of guys including Dom. That’s going to be hard to beat whatever he recorded and saw, even for Eddie Jacobs.
