I believe Devita got most of the Gerardo crew. Wasn't Tino a captain by 88?

Tino was probably an acting captain in the late 1970s before he was busted. The 14 captains Cafaro identified in 1988 were the captains at that time.
There you have it, never printed before.

Tino served almost 15 years in prison after he caught that case in the early 80's.....
