There is a list of pitera crew from Philip Carlo book the butcher.
Re: Tommy Karate
Remember in the book it said bruno indelicato got him involved with family business he was in frank linos crew and was close with spero. He sold drugs and robbed dealers not sure what else he was involved in had quite a few associates kicking up.
Re: Tommy Karate
Philip Carlo's book was not much different from his other books, he exaggerates and possible makes stuff up to sell the book. The way he did the book shows him for what he is, a con man. He made Pitera think he was going to tel his side, then screwed him over totally.
Before anyone jumps up screaming, remember, if Pitera had ratted early, and blamed Gangi and others, Phillip Carlo's book would have been Gangi: Anatomy of a Butcher! and people would be talking about Gangi the way they talk about Pitera.

Re: Tommy Karate

Re: Tommy Karate
Carlo had this obsession talking about Pitera having a high voice.
Re: Tommy Karate

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

You’ve heard him speak? There’s a tape recorded around of him in prison speaking to a lady that was doing like interviews about the prison system I think.

No it was a joke. Evidently that book about him makes several references to his voice.

Re: Tommy Karate
So how many bodies does this guy actually have on him? I saw the book in the library but I didn't grab it because I saw it was by the same guy who wrote the Iceman and Gaspipe books. Obviously he always had a rep as a killer but was the "serial killer" narrative around before the book came out?
