He looked like and asshole in his phone calls to her on that show. I don't know about him being a punk or bitch, I figured he stood up for himself. I thought he was jerk for letting his wife do that show, and for his participation. They made money off the show, and she owned a business, they should have stayed away from anything illegal. Its not legal for recreational use or Most medical circumstances . You have to go thru a big process to even be approved for a medical license . They just broke the laws down regarding possession amounts and personal use . Cuomo didn't or wouldn't sign off on the bills , Just to stop prosecuting low level offenses , Your let off with a D.A.T. if you have 27 grams or less provided its not for distribution , If you don't have a warrant and you don't have Priors. But , The Feds have total Jurisdiction to charge people for whatever and even in the U.S. The Federal marijuana laws have not been eased or reduced so the Feds can go in and take whoever they deem illegal in they're dealings regarding marijuana , That goes for legal growers and shops/Businesses, The Feds can swoop in and take them down if they're investigated and deemed not operating correctly under the guidelines

He's 50 - looking at parole violations as a twice (2x) ex-felon - I say he gets 15- 20 years. You cant have guns period and he had two (2). He doesn't look too smart from his arraignment pic but let me make the decision for him. You got a hot wife who is in her early 40's. Two (2) beautiful young daughters who you want to be around at home when the young gentlemen come calling to take them out on dates.
