Don't think for a second 'tight restrictions' are doing anything to slow these two guys down. They are both out and about putting things back together for themselves. I've seen them both (separately) a few times down the main Ave of my neighborhood meeting, greeting and eating.
Apparently they have a great mutual respect for one another and I wouldn't be surprised if they were working together on some rackets.

It will slow them down though, no way they are as active as they would be free to do as they please, thatd what i mean. They aren't making a play to take over thr family

When he was capo he was one of the biggest earners in the gambino fam. That crew was into absolutely everything at a high level. He was shelved like 7 years ago, wouldnt surprise me if he's back

I live in the neighborhood and the info i received is from a great source, and if anyone went to his wake in queens they would see nobody from organized crime attented his wake, thats a fact and 2nd when someone is shelved that means nobody can talk or see him , he is just a civilian he lost his mob connects , and he got shelved awhile ago and the gossip on the street is he called someone of high standard a rat and said that the person sat down with the feds and gave them info and it turned out that was fake news and the person who is now deceased never did any of that , so he was put on the shelf, and his brother Cesar should of never been a capo in the first place he was to soft. Again this info is from the neighborhood and the info is always solid

I heard that also but wasn't gonna post it on here cause I didn't know how true it was, And I heard it was over him calling a few people rats . And , it was also over some failed attempt by him or his crew members to try and set up some associate who was involved in fights and other thwarted attempts to be shaken down where he told the m to go fuck themselves to be hit or put in the hospital but this person was already visited by the FBI and warned of the plot, Plan whatever because the feds were being fed info by a few Confidential informants in they're own crew by what was possibly going to happen and when . The guy they tried setting up had a few family members that were high level local and federal LE investigators/Agents/Officers and had some type of sitdown with the feds and the supposedly the feds went out to a few peoples homes and warned them that if the guy gets threatened or hurt in any way that they wont be seeing the light of day for a long time blah blah blah and that they were coming in and not leaving until everyone was behind bars and they were gonna unleash hell on all these guys including relatives and friends etc etc...

If he was put on the shelf it had to be right before his death ! I dont believe it, Guy had major juice and was as Gangland said A HUGE EARNER ! I dont see why they would shelve a major bigtime earner like that with still, Before his death, Pretty big connections politically that benefitted the family greatly
