Many Queens guys and from North Bklyn migrated out to LI.

Most typically migrated out to the closest “suburban” areas near them! A few went in the opposite distraction, but most as I say stayed near what they knew. Still close to their “operating” city bases

Many Italians moved here to the Jersey Shore, particularly the Toms River/Brick areas of the Shore:

All I can say about the LCN is that as they keep moving more and more into Legitimate Businesses and the Government keeps moving and operating in their (LCN) old Business, Gambling, Lottery, etc.; it is getting more like regular Businessmen and Politicians than anything else.

Will we still classify it as LCN because it becomes more and more legitimate or are we always going to classify it as ORGANIZED CRIME.

While the media, LE and courts can make money off of it, down to the last Italian involved, it’ll be LCN..... it’s too fashionable and “sexy” to call it anything else!

I'm not a big fan of Denino's at all. I'd say joe and pats best slice on SI.

My favorite pizza places are Joe's on Carmine St for NY style slice, Prince Street for the Sicilian style Spicy Spring and Paulies Gees for Neapolitan style.
to get even more off topic i want to chime in about Paulie Gee’s

have you been to their new “slice shop?”

he spent like 2-3 years studying every classic ny establishment around to craft the perfect NY slice...and he did it. his new square absolutely destroys L&B, Rosas, Prince Street...its really no joke. i think its like $30 for a full pie but its worth it. once in a lifetime pizza

Yeah I’ve been there quite a few times. That square is amazing with the sesame seeds on the bottom. Prince Street is still my favorite but that Freddy Prince from Paulie Gees is a top 3 square easy. I get that and a regular slice with pepperoni and mikes hot honey. They have L&B spumoni and Corona lemon ice too which in itself is a reason to go.
