How sure are we Cali was boss? Pennisi cites him as boss. Capeci? I thought Jerry had him as UB.

The cali / Cefalu situation was just like the Crea / Madonna arrangement and both had official bosses rotting in prison doing life. Makes me think of the sopranos and the way Tony kept uncle junior as boss to keep the pressure off himself. Seems like the best way to run a family in some cases is to let your power speak louder than your rank.

Yeah and we know that Cali was paranoid of investigations.

What kind of relationship? I know Cali's mother, Agata Scimeca, was from Ciminna, but I never found any blood relation.
