Luigi Amedeo Palma aka Jummy Palma is accused by the US Department of Justice, along with another Italian and five green card holders, of running pain clinics in Florida and Tennessee, from which painkillers (oxycodone, oxymorphone and morphine) were illegally dispensed: in in particular, according to the fraudulent scheme, patients presented themselves in clinics managed by the "Urgent care & surgery center enterprise - Ucsc", received drugs prescribed to them, withheld part of them and delivered the rest to the drug dealers, who had paid them for medical visits, to resell medicines on the black market.
