With all due respect, The Confederate Flag means something to me. What's wrong with it? It's been around for 150 years. I've had it for almost 3 years now. The Flag has nothing to do with what happened in Minneapolis. Why is it all of a sudden a problem?

Freedom of speech and expression is a constitutional right (and yes I know it's a private board), but you can't have one-sided freedom of speech because nothing will ever be accomplished. And while I don't think I've ever agreed with Confederate, what he says is true. The Confederate Flag may represent a way of thinking in some people's minds, but it's not what caused George Floyd's death. And it's history, like it or not. You can't erase history. You can only learn from it.

Girls? Trans girls too. How many definitions on the new spectrum will you allow?

If you don't mind, I would like you to answer my questions & I would also like to know how far we are going to go with it? Do I also have to change my name? I mean if the "Confederate Flag" is so controversial then my name "Confederate" would now also be controversial. Correct?

Let's talk about it like gentlemen if you don't mind. If we can't agree, then we can part as men of honor each upholding to what he believes. I've done it all my life & one more time is no problem for me.

Ill just add my two cents on this because i very much respect, Soliai, Pogo, Confederate, WG and the rest of the fellas....

WE MUST NOT FORGET that this forum was created because of the constant tyranny that went down on the previous forums, meaning people were banned for having real evidences on the Mafia or politics, and some were even banned only because they disrespected the Godfather movie or came from another country as quite knowledgable individuals....so thanks to strong-minded people such as Soliai who in turn managed to gather all of the previously mentioned "victims" and "misfits", and created this place in just "seven days" lol...and also gave us unlimited freedom

So my point is that during the last few months, some of those same people who got us in trouble in the past are constantly popping up around here, obviously because this is THE BEST OC forum out there, and try to maintain the same "liberal" or in plane words, they are trying to transform this place in their own or previous type of image with the help of their "rights".

I understand that there are tensions all over the world and sometimes people need to express the so-called or todays "forbidden" feelings and this forum was always the right place for it. For example many of us used to put naked chicks on our avatars, so if some homo pops up around here and say that our avatars are quite inappropriate, are going to be forced in changing them because of one freshly born rotten apple?! Let him place an avatar while suckin on a pickle, i dont care...

So the questions is....is this place going to transform in another "GBB" type of forum with "see nothing, hear or say nothing" rules, OR is it going to stick to its "roots" and keep the freedom of speech and expression, which in fact is the REAL liberal and democratic thing to do, not forbidding right?

We shouldnt be afraid of being reported and closed down by these real "nazis", and thats why this place needs to be on invite only and make it a real sanctuary for people like us. I know that this place depends on cash like everything else in this world, but dont forget that the core of that same place is KNOWLEDGE which is PRICELESS and everyone around here gets it for FREE.

I personally dont want to go in the same direction where the large number of ships go, since i want to stay with the few previously mentioned "ships" cheers
