Impossible to answer, because we don´t know when all members were made. But Little allie Boy Persico was made very young (23/24 in 1977); Cesare Bonventre (26/27 in 1977); Baldo Amato (26/27 in 1977); Barney Bellomo (early 20s in late 1970s); Vinny "Butch" Corrao (22 in 1989).

Pogo posted a list with inductees some time ago, but you will have to research when the ones on the list were born.

Harry Riccobene made age 17 in 1927.
Anthony Lucania made age 83 in 2005.

In Sicily there are many examples of young guys:
Tommaso Buscetta aged 18 in 1946.
Agostino Marino Mannoia aged 16-17 in 1982 or 1983.

Supposedly there was a Philadelphia member made at age 17 during Joe Ida's time as boss (1940's and 50's), but I haven't been able to figure out who it could be. Nicky Scarfo was only around 24 or 25 when he got made. As someone mentioned Riccobene got made just before his 17th birthday. I believe Phil Narducci was only 23.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.
