He's too old, too sick, he had a stroke, that can't be faked. I also think no one has much to do with him, his last case was vandalizing a car and he did 2 years for it. He even had to go outside of his crew to do it. Maybe in his mind he's still gangester, who knows, but his days as a threat are over.

the dude was a stone cold killer. not dangerous your crazy. as far as his stroke and his current abilities I don't know. but their are plenty if guys on the street in his area that will do whatever he says if they think he can get them points

Jeremy to your, question what would what mean? If you are asking what does it matter if they let him out or not then I would image if he survives the virus then he would be out permanently. Unless I am wrong about that and if he lives they plan on snatching right back in again. Or was the question about the action. The action part is whether he dies in one month or two months. I am comfortable joking about life or death because I was told last week I only have about eighteen months if I am lucky. But what to they know? In fact now that I said that you can place a bet on my ass. Lets see who wins.
