Paul "The Indian" Schiro asking for compassionate release

I say let that man live out his days at home. Hes been in for 20 years. Thats enough imo. If the media is going talk about bail reform, how the justice system is unfair, mass incarceration, etc. It should apply to situations like this too. The guy is in his 80s and the health problems listed. Parts of organs being removed. This is not the same old song and dance playing sick mobster to curry favor.

He got railroaded anyways lol judge said 20 years was lenient. Guy hadnt been involved in the outfit for many years I don’t know why they didn’t pursue a withdrawal defense. And wasn’t found proven guilty of the murder. So what did he get 20 years for being part of an outfit crew in the 80’s?
I agree with phat,I love those old fucks and he's right.we all got some cosa nostra in us.I personnely love the life.I think we on the forum would be the ultimate crew! - camerono

People will bash me on this but guilt by association. He has no predicate crimes within the 5 years before the indictment relating to the outfit. He literally pulled out in the 80’s. Even if the jury doesn’t find you guilty of a murder the judge can still say there’s enough evidence and use it in your sentence. Fine put him on for the vaci murder is he’s convicted fair play but he wasn’t and judge still used it to give him 20Tonyd621 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 27, 2020 5:28 pmHow did he get so much time then? So, how much time did he actually get?
Didnt do much in the way of crimes pertaining to this case it seems, and not a peep out of him. I admire the guys mentality especially in this era.

Good luck trying to get that. The feds really seem to have a hard-on for the Outfit guys. Just look at how they have Marcello locked up in ADMAX like he's a freakin terrorist.

Why is Marcello in ADMAX? With the 9/11 conspirators?Hired_Goonz wrote: ↑Sat Mar 28, 2020 9:47 pm Good luck trying to get that. The feds really seem to have a hard-on for the Outfit guys. Just look at how they have Marcello locked up in ADMAX like he's a freakin terrorist.

I have no idea why, but Lombardo actually died there. For whatever reason the government really seems to hate Outfit guys that much more.Tonyd621 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 28, 2020 11:22 pmWhy is Marcello in ADMAX? Wow I hadn’t realized Lombardo and Marcelo were in super max.
Re: Paul "The Indian" Schiro asking for compassionate release
Yup, along with the 9/11 conspirators, the shoe bomber, the underwear bomber, and the boston marathon bomber
Those are just to name a few. Trust me, these outfit guys are not as bad as these terrorists. When I was in the military and overseas I dealt with some of these guys-idk what these outfit guys did, but they not as bad as these terrorists placed there.
Re: Paul "The Indian" Schiro asking for compassionate release
It's all a waste of taxes anyway. It's expensive enough keeping them in medium security let alone max.Tonyd621 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 29, 2020 4:43 pmYup, along with the 9/11 conspirators, the shoe bomber, the underwear bomber, and the boston marathon bomber

Schiro had a pretty hardcore rep didn't he?
If I didn't have my case coming up, I would like to come back with you gentlemen when this is over with and really lay the law down what is going on in this country.....

Yup

I was thinking so, I might have read it in Family Secrets. They'll probably do him like they did The Clown when he wanted out. Didn't he die not too long ago? I've been off the boards for a while until the last week or two
