I say let that man live out his days at home. Hes been in for 20 years. Thats enough imo. If the media is going talk about bail reform, how the justice system is unfair, mass incarceration, etc. It should apply to situations like this too. The guy is in his 80s and the health problems listed. Parts of organs being removed. This is not the same old song and dance playing sick mobster to curry favor.

Even if the jury doesn’t find you guilty of a murder the judge can still say there’s enough evidence and use it in your sentence. Fine put him on for the vaci murder is he’s convicted fair play but he wasn’t and judge still used it to give him 20

Those are just to name a few. Trust me, these outfit guys are not as bad as these terrorists. When I was in the military and overseas I dealt with some of these guys-idk what these outfit guys did, but they not as bad as these terrorists placed there.
