I know he was jailed for a while when that first went down. I knew him personally, I used to date his niece for years but I havnt spoken to him in a very long time. From what I understand over the past few years he’s become a huge drug addict hooked on pills, smoking crack and doing crystal, all that shit. I could see him dropping the dime but I don’t think he did given the fact that Phil only went away for a short time and that he is a very easy guy to find around the neighborhood and would’ve definitely been clipped by now without a doubt.
