Allie Boy will be the boss till he's dead at least in a tititular sense.
Teddy would be the permanent acting boss and or street boss. Andy Mush isn't going to live forever.
The problem the Colombo's have is that Persicos just don't stay free. And while the FBI has pulled back the Persicos are like Gottis to the feds. Pokeman. Gotta catch em all.

Carmine his brother Allie and his kid all died in there. I can see Teddy being on the radar to also die inside if they can help it.
Teddy is a gun. He is a real gangster who will absolutely take it to the street in a heartbeat.
That said maybe his 4th prison stint calmed him down some. He has had to have done like close to 30+ years give or take.
