Think this is the first time they've mentioned Persiano by name. Gonna have a look to see if I can find that document, see if it mentions when he was inducted

Interesting info regarding the Angelina shooting. Strange that the feds r looking into a 27 year old shooting.

Most likely a connection with a murder case. It will be interesting how things turn out after Ligambi's retirement. In my opinion he was the most important factor on why Philly managed to operate in relative stability.

Uncle Joe is retired? What do you mean, from his sanitation job? I think he's doing everyday what he's been doing everyday since Joey's guys got out and took the reigns back over. Very well regarded and well respected.

Ligambi has been a stable boss for Philly. I agree that without him, things could have been very different.

The Mob Talk guys said he has been consigliere in recent years, calling sitdowns, squashing beefs, etc.
Expected to completely retire after his 80th birthday.
