Going to put this out there and see if anyone knows anything about this guy.
Name he gave everyone was Jackie Buccilinni, but his real name on his birth certificate is Jackie ‘Buckle’, meaning he’s not a made guy.
I did however, witness this guy telling the Perri’s and others what to do. Any extra intel would be helpful.
