I’m gues that he even wasn’t made, and I’m really doubt that he was related to mirabile’s alcamesi early clan
Re: DETROIT MOBSTER “JOE HOOKS” DIES PEACEFULLY & FREE AT 87
He was a bagman in Rubino-Licavoli number house in 60s, and hardly beaten two times by Rubino and Giacalone’s for stealing money from numbers
Re: DETROIT MOBSTER “JOE HOOKS” DIES PEACEFULLY & FREE AT 87
First Rubino, then Giacalones
Re: DETROIT MOBSTER “JOE HOOKS” DIES PEACEFULLY & FREE AT 87

Well do keep in mind that you're talking about stuff that happened in the early 1960s. Time passes, so I can see some stuff not being cared about 40 years later. I believe something similar happened to Mario Agosta in the 1960s(to the point where the FBI thought he had been killed), and twenty years later he was helping to run the Giacalone sports book in the 80s. And Lenny Schultz was outed as an informant, but the Detroit mob didn't seem to care about that for some reason. But also, how are you guys able to read this article? I'm getting blocked. I thought all of Gangster Report was down?Frank wrote: ↑Mon Jun 03, 2019 7:44 pmLol, believe me that thought came to my mind when I read your posts. Your right time passes. Maybe it turned out he wasn't stealing and it was someone else. Maybe he learned his lesson, who knows. I originally just went to Gangster Report and read it.Adam wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2019 12:59 pmWell do keep in mind that you're talking about stuff that happened in the early 1960s.
