This guy is fucked. He is looking for a Plea deal at his age. More then likely he will die in jail either way. They have enough for a RICO case to succeed in court. They will nail for the heroin/Fent pills he was making. Personally I think he should get life for selling that shit. One pill could kill you if you fuck up the amount of Fent in the pill. Total jerkoff this guy.

Unbelievable, he pulled the curtains back and let people see what that life is about. They can't be too happy with his loose lips right now.

Now who could he have whacked back in the late 70's early 80's if he really did make his bones at 19

I think Dom is in trouble. The feds are just waiting/hoping to role this into a bigger racketeering indictment.

Then why hasn’t Dom been indicted?

My guess is because the feds are building a big case and don't want to show their hand yet. They are taking longer than I thought but when the indictment comes it will be interesting to see who's named.

The unnamed member talking about kicking up is surely Dom Grande. You wonder what else he's got him on tape saying...

Because they have that charge whenever they want it. The more they can add in the longer the potential sentence. I’m sure they’re looking to hammer him with a long sentence and see if he would flip like his dad did.

Cause it doesn’t work that way. This gets rolled up into a bigger superseding indictment. Like Camuso in the Bonanno indictment. It says capo1 even though everyone knows it’s Camuso.

What do they have Dom dead to right on? From what was released...just saying he kicks up isnt illegal is it?

I am sure they have more incriminating stuff and that is only what was released, but going by what was released doesnt seem like dead to rights.

Not saying they dont, but from the brief excerpt made public
