I’ve read this before very interesting stuff. New Kensington has gone so far down hill that residents have actually been quoted saying they wish the mafia was back. Like many other towns in pa and other rust belt locations the industry Left and drugs and hopeless moved in. Indiana pa is where I’m from. Iup is right down the road from me. If it weren’t for iup Indiana would be just another dried up coal mining town with lots of drugs.
