Forgot his real name (maybe Max something?) but the guy was exposed as a fraud. I think at best he was once a very low level associate for a short period.

shot in the dark here, and i watched for like 2 seconds with the audio off so i didnt hear his voice (assuming it was distorted anyway) but it KINDA looks like that Sal Polizzi guy under that mask. same eyes
