Yeah - I remember him. I was working for a Cleveland Demolition Contractor in Cleveland at the time of his appointment from Mike White. Mayor Mike White came after our Company pretty hard because the owner backed the other candidate George Forbes. "Mr. Revenge White" also known as "Hatchet Mike" was something else. ALL of the Company Cleveland Contracts were cancelled.
As far as Ed Kovacic is concerned he did what he could. It was just a lot better under Mayor (Gov., Sen.) George Voinovich - that was the end of the resurgence of Cleveland. Mayor Voinovich went to High School in Collinwood where Danny Greene was from and operated.
