Nothing in France ?
in southern france (marseille, cote d'azur, lyon and grenoble) there are italian mafia groups (sicilian mafia, ndrangheta and camorra)
It is precisely because I live in Grenoble that I ask. I have already heard about the gang of Italo-Grenoblois or guys of Italian origin but nothing that proves that they are part of LCN, Camorra or Ndrangetha. For the Cote d'Azur or Marseille see even Lyon is possible. One thing for sure is that in the cities that you quote the gangs of the suburbs are extremely active ....

the italian oc is involved mostly in casino, construction and import of drugs, they are low-key and not visible on the streets like gangs from the suburbs (mostly arabs over there)
the local gangs of people of italian origins are not probably affiliated with anyone; gaetano zampa, one of the most powerful boss in marseille history was neapolitan but never affiliated with camorra or other oc groups
concerning spain i wonder why they didint show camorra in ibiza where it controls most of drug trafficking andmost active more than itler places and there is also sicilian mafia over there totally ignored
