LCN Related Bust from 2009

I was always told that this was an LCN related bust. Todd Stark was arrested in the FirstPlus scam for providing bullets to Nicky Scarfo Jr. Anyone ever here anything more about this bust?

It was loosely related. One of those charged, Michael Pacitti, is a known Philadelphia LCN associate.
All roads lead to New York.
