The investigator Derrick Snowdy has posted on Twitter yet again a photo from his copy of files from the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS). The photo he posted was from the HRPS's Intelligence Bureau. He may be ornery but he's also generous--he posted the photo just for me (my handle on Twitter is @CdnOrgC).
The photo is a family tree, not an organized-crime family chart. The family tree shows connections to various Commissos and to Jimmy Deleo (of the Siderno Group). In addition to the photo you see below--the one Snowdy tweeted--I will attach the same photo but that I've rotated clockwise.
Based on those family ties it makes sense that the Commissos were involved in the coup against the Rizzutos.
Smart move by Luppino to intermarry with what has become one of the most prominent ndrangheta families. That must have paid off when they wanted to enact revenge.
Do you know whether Rocco Violi has sons who are involved in the Mafia? Do you know the name of his wife?

Credit goes to antimafia.
Thanks antimafia, much obliged
+1. Thanks!
In my early work I've encountered several Luppinos from Windsor, given the commonality of the surname there's a think chance that there's a connection but I've always wondered and may have to revisit it. Thanks!
