Is Mannino considered part of the "Sicilian" crews that run the Gambinos?

Also, what is some background about him? I haven't heard much about him until in the other forum mrjustsayno claimed he was the new boss of Gambinos. which I don't believe anything that guy says, but since then all the searches Iv done about mannino just states how hes now possibly in the admin spots.

also, so I was reading past ganglands and it seems that the Gambino admin isn't as clear as I previously thought.
I thought it was Dom Cefalu who was said to be boss and Cali was UB. now its supposed to be Cali boss and Cefalu isn't even really mentioned in top spots... Cali/Mannino/Gambino is believed to be top spots.

Where is the info about Gambino coming from tho? I thought Gambino was in bad health. Is that just another forum peoples wishfull thinking?

I believe Cefalu stepped down or ceded most of his powers to Cali.

He was made in 2004, he owns Il Colosseo Resteraunt in Bensonhurst and runs it with his son... was at the big Philly/Gambino meeting in NJ...Was part of the hit team led by Gravano to kill Francesco Oliveri.. not sure about anything else

Pretty sure he was referring to Mannino but maybe I'm wrong.

Wasn't Jackie Nose captain of the 18th Ave crew at some point? Didn't Gotti put him in the watch over those guys?

jack nose and scars were given all gambino intrests by gotti sr. while gambino bros. were away, they planned to be fugitives at first and never come back but were caught on the run..
