Patriarcas and the winter hill gang ?

I'm reading black mass book.
After bulger fled in 1995 where are the relation between the Patriarcas and the winter hill ?
I read that Limone rebuilted the family but that are only 40 made men confinated in Providence and north boston; are still enemy with the winter hill ?
Or made a truce and anyone made money in its territory ?

The Winter Hill Gang is defunct. There are a few members still alive who might be making money but the gang itself is gone. I am pretty sure that after Stephen Flemmi and Kevin Weeks flipped, and Bulger went on the run that the gang was done. I know there were allegations that George Hogan took over but I do not think that was ever confirmed.

New England is probably closer to 40. I think there's at least 38 on the current chart.
