First Frank Gioia now this. Maybe we'll get lucky and the Gemini twins will decide to do a show.

Re: Tommy Reynolds interview
Seems that he doesn’t want to talk about Jimmy or go down that rabbit hole, good for Tommy and take the high road. Seems like Tommy is genuinely sorry for what he did.
I would be super interested to know Tommy’s thoughts on Paulie G.. Jimmy constantly talks about how Paulie was this great guy and his murder wasn’t justified - yet it clearly was to be expected by Mafia standards.

I didn't think he'd go public, at least not this soon. I don't really care to hear about Paulie G and all that stuff again..
I do wanna hear more about his father and his ties to the teamsters and the Genovese.. He's been described as a serious guy, a knock around guy and a Provenzano associate"

Guy seems slow... Chewing gum doing a interview..... Weird
Re: Tommy Reynolds interview
As far as I know, he was a boxer, right? His speech is reminiscent of Kevin McNeely. It's definitely because of the missed punches to the head.
...
The guy is really sorry.

I really want to see the bath ave story from his perspective.Jimmy talked about how great paulie G was i wonder if tommy hated him from the start and was just buying his time until he was going to make his moveProletarian187 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2025 2:06 pm I didn't think he'd go public, at least not this soon. Re: Tommy Reynolds interview
Never heard jimmy calandra say he was a boxer. The narrative he was a wild kid who liked drugs. Dad was cousin with Tony pro. He seems off. Maybe just the way he's wired. Again chewing gum like a horse on camera while talking. I couldn't watch it. Normally I seen grown men chewing gum there high on coke and think there hiding the type writer jaw effect. The min I watched, he was definitely thinking about what he was gonna say before he did. Which I guess is good. Not to sound like a asshole.

Re: Tommy Reynolds interview
A breath of fresh air with someone who actually did his time, didn't rat anyone out and reformed himself.
A lot more sympathetic than crocodile tears from people who did dirt, told on their friends and escaped with a slap on the wrist. Even though 25 years for 4 murders is kinda cheap..

Re: Tommy Reynolds interview
That’s what I was trying to say earlier - we really only have one version of the Bath Ave story from Jimmy - hearing about his dad would be cool toobluehouse wrote: ↑Sat Feb 08, 2025 2:37 amI really want to see the bath ave story from his perspective.Jimmy talked about how great paulie G was i wonder if tommy hated him from the start and was just buying his time until he was going to make his moveProletarian187 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2025 2:06 pm I didn't think he'd go public, at least not this soon. Re: Tommy Reynolds interview
Are you a Mass guy? Out of all the punch drunk boxers to name you have to be if you're referencing McNeely lol. I've met him several times. He used to jump drunks outside the bar in my neighborhood and rob them. He wearing a McNeely fight jacket around town as recent as 2010. Heard he spent all his money from the fight that night. I think he's sober now and seems to have straightened out his life a bit. Just funny to come across his name on here.
If nobody sees it, it didn't happen.
Re: Tommy Reynolds interview
No, I'm not from Massachusetts. But I was into boxing when I was in school and for a while when I was in college. I've seen guys who were very serious about boxing, and their speech was similar to this. It's just that I remember McNeely very much with such a speech defect.JakeTheSnake630 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 10, 2025 6:28 amAre you a Mass guy?
