Re: comm case
I thought most of them were on bail. I mean Castellano was killed while awaiting trial. Except for the ones that were already in prison for something else.
Re: comm case
fat tony was remanded and persico and langella. those guys had other cases. the 3 lucheses bosses where granted bail to the day they were sentenced i think january 1987. so amuso was offical boss boss while ducks was in the street probaly on house arrest. think amuso becomes official boss in november 1986
Re: comm case
pmac thanks. thats really interesting. i remember sitting with my father the night before he went into FCI for a YEAR and it was somber. Cannot imagine what was going through their minds. So it was just the top Three for L crew that were on bail?
why wouldnt they just flee? They could all forfeit 5M bail, no? Christie Tick could easily and I assume Ducks could as well. Don't know shit about Tom MIx

Re: comm case
Well, Castellano, Dellacroce, Scopo too I think were on bail. So I think the bail thing was only an issue for the guys that had other cases.CornerBoy wrote: ↑Fri Jul 19, 2024 6:05 am pmac thanks. thats really interesting. i remember sitting with my father the night before he went into FCI for a YEAR and it was somber.
